  • OUR TECHNICIANS

    Windtex technicians are all taught behavioural safety and will not hesitate to question colleagues and clients alike if they believe operations are unsafe. We always work closely with clients to ensure that our technicians are kept safe at all times.

    OUR SUPERVISORS

    Supervisors are put through IOSH managing safely courses and all technicians are regularly audited. All technicians have KPI targets which must be met on a monthly basis, these include toolbox talks and continuous improvements.
